Remove error_log in Drupal Site

For me as a beginner in drupal perhaps little bit confused whether would be harmless if I delete error_log file in root directory of cPanel.

A PHP memory limit of 16MB is required for Drupal 6. Some sites may need more than 16MB if they are using many contributed modules. There are several techniques to increase the PHP memory limit and you only need to use one of them. The right one for you depends on your system configuration.

Dirk Meyer (Derrick R. Meyer, * 1962) was co-architect of the DEC Alpha 21064 and 21264 microprocessors. He also worked at Intel in its microprocessor design group.
From 2001 to 2006, Meyer led the company’s microprocessor business, overseeing related R&D, manufacturing, operations and marketing. His leadership during these five years resulted in a doubling of revenue for the microprocessor business and a substantial expansion of AMD’s global profile.

In US Spammers Got Jail, What about Other Country?
Submitted by k4tz on Thu, 07/17/2008 - 21:31Reuters reports that a Brooklyn man was sentenced to 30 months in prison for sending spam to 1.2 million subscribers of AOL. According to Reuters:
Adam Vitale, 27, was sentenced in federal court in Manhattan after pleading guilty more than a year ago to breaking anti-spam laws. He was also ordered to pay $180,000 to AOL in restitution.

Windows update servers beat Apple and Ubuntu, Is that the fact?

It turns out that Microsoft wins this one hands down. Their Windows software update was available 100% of the time.
Apple had a respectable 99.9% uptime for its software update. It was only unavailable a total of 2 hours and 34 minutes.

Upgrading Drupal 6.2 to Drupal 6.3

During the last two weeks I set up my Drupal site using Drupal 6.2. I used Fantastico (yes. I know) to install drupal 6.2 on my site.
But today I've get a notice from drupal update that drupal 6.3 is released and they told us to upgrade to Drupal 6.3 immediately. Here are the released from drupal site:
